The American Political Party of Violence
Democrats screaming they hate fascists are always the same ones practicing fascism, and instead of denouncing political violence, Democrats are encouraging it.
It seems to me that old habits are hard to break. Take the use of violence in politics. This is common worldwide, but it seems to be mainly promulgated by cats with left-leaning political ideologies in America. Over the past 15 years or more, violence has become more prevalent in mainstream U.S. politics. It isn’t anything new, but it seems to be more acceptable, particularly for a certain segment of the electorate that promotes the idea that violence is an acceptable form of political speech.
Historically, the political dogma of the left has been rooted in political violence. After Sen. Charles Sumner (R-MA) gave an anti-slavery speech attacking Sen. Andrew Butler (D-SC), Rep. Preston Brooks (D-SC), Butler’s cousin, entered the Senate chamber and beat Sumner unconscious with a cane. Two years later, there was a fistfight on the House floor in 1858 involving about 30 representatives over slavery debates.
John Wilkes Booth, a Democratic Confederate sympathizer who vehemently opposed Republican policies, particularly the abolition of slavery, assassinated President Abraham Lincoln in 1865.
During Reconstruction, white supremacist groups like the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) emerged, aiming to undermine Republican-led governments and suppress African American civil rights. These groups, often aligned with Democratic interests in the South, employed terror tactics to achieve their goals. In the 1870s, the "Mississippi Plan" was developed by Southern Democrats to regain political control through organized threats of physical violence and voter suppression against blacks and white Republicans to restore Democratic dominance in the region.
Similarly, paramilitary groups like the Red Shirts (image below) emerged primarily in South Carolina, Mississippi, and North Carolina between 1875-1876, and acted as the "military arm of the Democratic Party," using violence and intimidation to suppress black voters and Republican influence. Their actions were instrumental in the Democratic Party's efforts to reestablish control in Southern states during the post-Reconstruction era.
This view of justifying the use of violence increased in the 20th century, in concert with the rise of the influence of Marxist ideology among the left and the democrat party. The Communist Manifesto, written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels and published in 1848, calls for the working class to rise against the capitalist class and establish a classless, stateless society through violent revolution.
This open call for the forcible overthrow of existing social and political structures animated a willingness to use violence as necessary to achieve political aims. No clearer was the adoption of these beliefs than observed during the period from 1960 to 1980.
The Weather Underground, which split from the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) in 1969, was a self-proclaimed revolutionary anti-imperialist, Marxist-Leninist. From 1969–1975, they carried out a bombing campaign targeting government buildings, banks, and police stations, including the March 1, 1971, bombing of the U.S. Capitol in protest of the U.S. invasion of Laos.
Another far-left group active during this time was the Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA). In May 1974, they engaged in a televised shootout with the LAPD in which six members died. Other like-minded groups included the Fuerzas Armadas de Liberación Nacional (FALN), which carried out over 100 bombings in the United States between 1974 and 1983, the United Freedom Front (UFF), and the George Jackson Brigade.
Fast forward to the 21st century, and things remain the same. In August 2017, Missouri State Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal, a Democrat, posted a comment on her personal Facebook page stating, "I hope Trump is assassinated!" She later deleted the comment and publicly apologized, describing it as a mistake made out of frustration with President Donald Trump. This was the same year a Republican congressman from Louisiana was shot and 23 other Republican House members were targeted by a Sanders Democrat while they were practicing baseball for a bipartisan event.
Representative Maxine Waters made a notable statement in June 2018 during a rally in Los Angeles, addressing the Trump administration's "zero-tolerance" immigration policy, which resulted in the separation of migrant children from their families. She urged her supporters to confront members of the Trump Cabinet in public spaces. Her exact words were:
"If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere."
In a separate incident, U.S. Representative Dan Goldman, a Democrat from New York, stated in November 2023 that Donald Trump "has to be eliminated" from public office due to his impact on democracy. The comment resurfaced in 2024 following an assassination attempt on Trump, leading to misinterpretations that Goldman was advocating for violence.
Far left most violent people in this country. Interesting that Biden painted the domestic right as the foremost threat to the country's national security throughout his presidency. Biden has consistently identified white supremacy as a significant domestic terrorism threat. In his commencement address at Howard University in May 2023, he stated:
“White supremacy … is the single most dangerous terrorist threat in our homeland. And I’m not just saying this because I’m at a Black HBCU. I say this wherever I go.”
Earlier, in June 2021, during the centennial commemoration of the Tulsa Race Massacre, President Biden remarked:
“According to the intelligence community, terrorism from white supremacy is the most lethal threat to the homeland today. Not ISIS, not al Qaeda — white supremacists.”
Attorney General Merrick Garland has made several statements about the threat of white supremacy, especially in the context of domestic terrorism. One notable quote comes from his testimony to Congress and the DOJ statements:
"In the FBI’s view, the top domestic violent extremist threat comes from racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocate for the superiority of the white race." — Merrick Garland, testimony before the Senate Appropriations Committee, June 2021
When BLM/Antifa activists burned cities to the ground, pro- Hamas hooligans harassed Jews on college campuses, the Left was concerned about COVID skeptics who committed no acts of violence or crime. According to documents released by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, the Biden administration labeled opponents of federal COVID-19 mandates “domestic violent extremists.”
It is fine when they do it to a certain group of people. Imagine it the other way around. Would they incite and motivate the same against Biden supporters? Against black people? Against Antifa? Even against rioters who burn, loot, and murder?
Violence and political expression are even employed by self-described transgender individuals to support transgender political ideology. Snochia Moseley was a 26-year-old temporary employee who identified as transgender and committed a workplace shooting at a Rite Aid distribution center in 2018, resulting in three deaths before taking her own life. Alec McKinney was a 16-year-old student who identified as transgender and was one of the perpetrators in the STEM School Highlands Ranch shooting in Denver, which left one student dead and eight others injured. Audrey Hale was a 28-year-old former student of The Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee, who carried out a shooting that resulted in six fatalities. Police reports indicated that Hale identified as transgender.
Typically, people frown upon and speak out against violence in any form, especially if it is based on politics. But this is no longer the case. Luigi Mangione, the man responsible for the December 2024 assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, is being admired and celebrated for his actions. His manifesto, although available, is not being released by mainstream media outlets, similar to the manifesto written by Audrey Hale. Maybe there are just too many of these disturbed sociopaths to keep track of.
Nicholas John Roske, a 29-year-old from Simi Valley, California, pleaded guilty on April 8, 2025, to attempting to assassinate U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The incident occurred in June 2022, amid heightened tensions following the leak of a draft opinion indicating the Court's intent to overturn Roe v. Wade. He flew from Los Angeles to Dulles International Airport, carrying a Glock 17 pistol and ammunition in his checked luggage. He then took a taxi to Justice Kavanaugh's residence, dressed in black and equipped with a tactical vest, knife, zip ties, and other tools, Roske intended to break into the justice's home and kill him.
In September 2024, Panos Anastasiou, a 76-year-old man from Anchorage, Alaska, was arrested and indicted for making graphic threats against six U.S. Supreme Court justices and two of their family members. Over 16 months from March 2023 to July 2024, Anastasiou allegedly sent more than 400 messages through the Supreme Court’s public website, including threats of assassination by torture, hanging, and firearms, and encouraged others to participate in acts of violence.
The left has no issue with vocalizing threats to their political opposition. Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), actually threatened Elon Musk and still has a job. During a call with the protest group "Tesla Takedown," she expressed, "All I want to see happen on my birthday is to see Elon taken down!" When questioned about whether Democratic rhetoric might be linked to Tesla-related violence, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) declined to comment, citing "security reasons." Since when does Congress have the right to threaten American citizens? Anybody else would be fired.
In response to a question about recent attacks on Tesla vehicles and dealerships, Rep. Summer Lee (D-PA) emphasized the importance of precise language, stating:
"Violence is something that you commit against a human being."
She clarified that while she had not been closely following the incidents, she believed that the term "violence" should be reserved for actions against people, not property.
Since these comments, we have seen numerous and coordinated attacks against the corporation, individual Tesla dealerships, and owners. A recent poll indicated that 71% of Democrats support the idea of jailing Elon Musk for his role in DOGE, reflecting significant disapproval within the party.
In Albuquerque, Jamison Wagner, 40, was arrested and charged with federal arson-related crimes for setting fire to two Tesla Model Y vehicles at a dealership in New Mexico and for vandalizing the Republican Party of New Mexico headquarters. Graffiti at the scenes included phrases like "Die Elon" and "Tesla Nazi Inc." Authorities recovered suspected incendiary devices and spray paint from his residence. Attorney General Pam Bondi labeled the incidents as acts of domestic terrorism and is seeking a sentence of up to 40 years in prison.
On May 19, 2025, Dwain Burr, was arrested after allegedly setting a Tesla Cybertruck on fire using Molotov cocktails in Manhattan's Sutton Place neighborhood. He was charged with arson, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a weapon. Owen McIntire, a 19-year-old college student, was charged with unlawful possession of an unregistered destructive device and malicious damage by fire after allegedly firebombing a Tesla dealership, resulting in damage to two Cybertrucks and charging stations. Ian Moses was arrested following a fire at a Tesla dealership that destroyed a Cybertruck. He was identified near the scene and is suspected of arson. Cooper Jo Frederick was arrested in Colorado and charged with throwing a firebomb at a Tesla dealership. The Department of Justice is seeking a 20-year prison sentence.
On May 17, 2025, a significant explosion occurred outside the American Reproductive Centers (ARC) fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California. The blast resulted in the death of the suspected perpetrator, 25-year-old Guy Edward Bartkus, and injured four others. The FBI has classified the incident as an intentional act of terrorism. Investigations revealed that Bartkus harbored extremist antinatalist and promortalist beliefs, ideologies that oppose procreation and view life as inherently suffering. He left behind a manifesto and a 30-minute audio recording expressing anger over being born without consent and a desire to prevent others from experiencing life’s suffering.
Many of these individuals, like Aaron Bushnell, who set himself on fire outside the Israeli embassy in February 2024, and was hailed as a hero by large parts of the left for his impotent act, have similar profiles. He was a self-professed socialist, BLM, pro-Palestinian, Biden contributor, clearly radicalized by corporate media and the far left. A few months ago, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro was nearly assassinated when his home was fire-bombed on Passover. I reckon this is what the “global intifada” looks like. This is nothing reflective of catholic parents’ white supremacy, folks are pushed to accept as the biggest violent threat to America. Not gang violence, but rather white supremacist catholic parents.
Now we have the most recent actions of Elias Rodriguez, a suspect in the killing of two staffers at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC, on Wednesday. Seems that Rodriguez also has a manifesto where he explained why he opened fire on his victims and started singing, “Free Palestine” at the scene. The victims were a young couple, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim, who were attending an event at the Jewish Museum.
The progressive movement, democrats, and corporate media have pushed the "genocide" blood libel and bear some responsibility for the violence in general, and these two murders in D.C. All we have seen from the left over the past five years is violent acts without any push-back from democrat politicians and with no accountability for doing so. Even the so-called elite, the likes of Taylor Lorenz, are elevating murderers to the level of folk heroes.
People used to be civilized and could discuss differences of opinion. Now it's like running a daycare for children without any proper parenting, and what we just witnessed in Newark, NJ, at the ICE detention center is any indication, lawmakers are the biggest lawbreakers.
Give me a break, don’t touch federal agents. Keep your hands to yourself. These people need to listen 2 their own commentary that "nobody is above the law." Just listen 2 the ridiculous screaming on the tape. Adults need to behave like ADULTS. We can no longer tolerate/encourage childlike tantrums. Supposedly, Rep. LaMonica McIver is a professional woman who was elected to be a beacon of encouragement to young people. However, her behavior is in opposition to this contention.
People are done with looking up to people who act like this, people want change. If these are the people supporting Democratic candidates, then I will not vote for them. They don’t care about the violence, it’s what they want! They fostered this, it is part of their agenda. Funny thing is, their favorite is that Trump is the “threat to democracy,” it's so ridiculous. Yet, they call us a threat to society because we believe in God over government. They have been using the same rhetoric for the past decade, while they point their guilty fingers at others. As someone who is nonviolent, I can’t align myself with a party that supports violence against fellow Americans over differences of views. A few days ago, in Seattle, a collective of Christians from On Fire Ministries was attacked in a public park in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood by groups of transgender counter protesters from Antifa and Trantifa.
I thought saying words that incited violence was insurrection. Democrat politicians saying “we are at war,” Sounds insurrectionary to me. Or did the rules change again? Truthfully, I'm getting late 30s Germany vibes, where huge numbers of the population condoned horrific acts because they thought they had the moral high ground. Hating Trump allows these crazies to expose themselves in public.
The liberal progressive left does not live in reality. No American who is serious about being successful wants to fight their fellow citizen. I hear them speak out against violence in the form of white supremacy, but are silent on any of the aforementioned, or as Tesla torchers are charged? All of us need to hold the Democrats accountable for those statements inciting violence, and I believe more will because more people are catching on to those divisive schemes that Democrats consistently employ.
Why are these people so unwilling to have an actual dialogue? Their behavior is that of juveniles who have no valid arguments, so they resort to silly antics and insults. Very sad, the extreme low depth that some people succumb to, rather than being adults capable of discussion. It's funny to me how anyone thinks of liberals as the party of "love and tolerance," given how quick they are to political violence, not just recently but historically (the list of assassinations/attempted assassinations on US presidents speaks for itself - the vast majority were against presidents with majority conservative leanings.
They do just love to trot out January 6th, but every time I reply with the BLM riots, the Seattle summer of love, the congressional baseball team shooting, the Weather Underground bombings in the 70s, etc., all that I get is the sound of crickets. Grown adults acting like spoiled children. Anti-fascists being fascists. Anti-bullies are being bullied. That's the democrat party. Stupidity mixed with fanaticism is not a pretty thing. The fact that they won't talk to a Trump supporter tells me everything I need to know about these people.
Multiple Trump assassination attempts, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro having his home broken into and set on fire, and Elon Musk’s electric vehicle company being targeted after his open support for President Donald Trump, the firebombing of the New Mexico Republican Party headquarters, and the 2017 targeted shooting at 23 Republican House members by a Democrat Bernie Sanders supporter all have one thing in common: they were all carried out by progressive leftists. A Florida woman is facing multiple charges for an alleged attack on a 72-year-old man who was wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat. Democrats talking about Morals is like Hamas talking about their friendship with Israel.
We are witnessing an epidemic of far-left violence in this country, and it is shameful that no Democratic leader has spoken against this. Time to have a national conversation about it, folks, before it's too late. This month, Washington and Oregon experienced several protests and demonstrations, some of which involved confrontations and arrests. In Seattle on May 5, approximately 30 individuals were arrested during a protest at the University of Washington. The demonstration, which included pro-Palestinian and anti-Trump sentiments, escalated when protesters occupied a campus building and set a dumpster on fire outside. The year prior, in Vancouver on October 28, 2024, a fire was set inside a ballot drop box, damaging hundreds of ballots.
The majority of the Democrat party agrees with the sentiments of this monster. They tell us every day with their policies and what they support. No good person could support Hamas. Instead of denouncing political violence, Democrats are encouraging it. These kids are just larping, and the democrats are allowing it. Maybe we need to make a law where if you yell Free Palestine you are to be known as a domestic terrorist and should be arrested for questioning. Because it is clear to me that "Free, Free Palestine!" is the new "Allah Akbar!"
The point is that this is bigger than anti-semitism and the Israel-Palestine stuff. This is a pattern of behavior we're seeing from these people that shows it doesn't matter what the cause is (healthcare, Tesla, Doge, Roe v. Wade), rather, it is a far-left radicalization PERIOD, and what happens when a political party lets the extremism in their party gets out of control.

What gets me about the urge to violence lately is that they're TILTING AT WINDMILLS. I mean, bombing Tesla because funding for research on transgender mice is being cut? Fleeing Facebook in droves because Zuckerberg isn't going to censor it anymore? Beating people up because DEI racism is being jettisoned? What planet are these people on?
Well said! Even earlier, in 1776 it was Southern Democrats who demanded the 3/5 Clause to not only keep but count their slaves. Likewise in 1900 it was racist Democrat Wilson who REsegregated the federal government! It was Republican war hero President Eisenhower who got the 1957 true Civil Rights Acts. Everything after was Democrat pandering, and welfare vote buying. That welfare broke the successful black family and gave blue cities their ghettos.
