From Al Green to Alex Padilla

Why are elected officials performative-cosplaying to protect criminals? Why don’t Democrats stand up for Americans for once?

Well, folks, today will be a trifector. The first time I became acquainted with the word trifector was when I would go to the Southland dog track with my aunt and her friends in West Memphis on Saturdays. Guess I am on a Britney Spears tangent because “Oops!... I Did It Again,” three consecutive essays on the same topic - damn these Youtube algorithms.

There are many books and movies with titles in the form of From BLANK to BLANK. One of my favorites is "From Here to Eternity." Written by James Jones and published several years after WWII. I consider this novel a classic must-read, or at least an iconic movie worth seeing.

The narrative builds to the infamous attack on Pearl Harbor and explores the emotional and moral complexities of soldiers stationed in Hawaii. The story is less about the war itself and more about the isolation, masculinity, and personal struggles faced by men in the U.S. Army just before America entered WWII.

With that said, you should notice that I have several essays with a title “From BLANK to BLANK, and today I will presnt another one, remaining in the spirit of my two prior essays overtly exessing my attempt to undersand all the shit that is happening across our great nation.

Since Trump entered office for the second time, folk who should have a basic grasp of decorum, have been flat-out showing their asses. Ever since March 4, 2025, when Rep. Al Green disrupted former President Trump's address to a joint session of Congress, suggesting that his 2024 election victory gave him “a mandate” for policy changes, things have moved farther left field if Democrat reaction is used as a basis.

Green (D‑Texas), a synthetic Superfly reproduction, stood in the chamber and shouted: “You have no mandate to cut Medicaid.” He continued heckling even after House Speaker Mike Johnson warned him to sit down. As a result, Speaker Johnson ordered the Sergeant‑at‑Arms to remove him.

After his removal, limp-wristed, pansified nancy boy Green, addressed reporters, saying he believed his interruption was warranted to defend Medicaid. He noted his readiness to face repercussions. After being censured, Green and fellow Democrats gathered in the well to sing the civil-rights spiritual “We Shall Overcome.” Speaker Johnson responded by calling the chamber to order and then recessing.

Fast-forward to June 12, 2025. In a matched theatrical performance, Senator Alex Padilla was at the Wilshire Federal Building in Los Angeles. when DHS Secretary Kristi Noem was holding a press conference on immigration enforcement tied to protests and raids in the city.

Padilla (California’s first Latino U.S. Senator) stood up mid-speech and interrupted the press conference, attempting to ask about the federal immigration operations. He was immediately physically escorted out by agents from the Secret Service and the FBI. Video captured Padilla being forced to the ground, handcuffed behind his back, and removed from the hallway.

Some took offense to what happened, not me. Padilla (D–CA) is 6 feet 3 inches, 230 easy. If I had rushed toward the podium, shouting at Secretary Noem and then resisted the officers to leave the room during a LIVE Press Conference, I would have been handcuffed on the floor too. I can bet that I would have been arrested. Remember: NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW, even senators. What rational politician would overtly advocate for folks whose first action was the criminally illegal entry into the United States, more than the nearly 8 million who have come to this nation legally?

These are not normal times. With two assassination attempts on the present President, domestic terrorist attacks on American corporations like Tesla, the bombing of a fertility clinic, targeted attacks on executives of HMOs, threats against Supreme Court jurists, the recent assassination of state Representative Melissa Hortman and governors at their homes, they go out of their way to excuse lawlessness in any form - illegal entry, riots, or otherwise.

I say this because the mentally disturbed, particularly on the left, like the suspect in the Minnesota shootings and killings, who had an alleged hit list including 'prominent pro-choice individuals in Minnesota, many Democratic lawmakers who have been outspoken about pro-choice policy positions,' when pushed, will go to extreme ends to provie their political views.

Yellow-belly, momma's boy, cream puff Sen. Padilla decided to bum-rush the stage instead of behaving with civility and identifying himself and asking his question at the appropriate time. Pure political theater. That's all they have. If a regular citizen were to do these childish stunts, they would be arrested and charged. These politicians have violated the code of professional standards. He was the aggressor. He thought he was above the law. He got the treatment any citizen who behaved that way deserved.

In Omaha, Nebraska, rioters, the media describe as protesters, have been, and are blocking Federal law enforcement representatives from doing their jobs and throwing rocks at their vehicles. It should not be up to me to remind folks that it is not a protest once you start throwing stuff at cars. This is not people exercising their First Amendment rights. This is violence, thuggery, and out-of-control law-breaking behavior. In other words, anarchy. This is what came across the border. Any American would be in prison for doing a fraction of what they do, and yet not one of these criminals was arrested.

This is a prime example of why you shouldn't vote for politicians who advocate for open borders and illegal immigration. Because we now have a large unassimilated population of military-aged males rioting in the streets across America under foreign flags.

The law should be arresting every single one of them for assault and battery on law enforcement and property damage to vehicles. The Brevard County, Florida, Sheriff said violent assaults on police in his county will be responded to with live rounds. I agree, if they delete about four or five of these folks, this will stop all over the country.

I can tell you that they learn they can get away with disrespectful behavior in school; they are coddled and enabled by a woke ideology that teaches they’re victims. In China, they would spray red paint on them, and then they could be arrested even after they left the streets. Try this in a place like Egypt and see what happens. Snap, they did, and the results were as anticipated.

These people act as if they really need their fentanyl dealers released from custody. Stopping Federal Law Enforcement from doing their job is not protesting; it's a criminal act. Those unwashed weirdos need to get a job and find a real one.

It’s the same in Seattle—lots of black hoodies, backpacks, umbrellas, and masked faces. Looting, rioting, and causing property damage are not acts of protest. I don't understand what people find confusing about that. Rioting is not protesting. Robbery is not protesting. Yet only a handful of the hundreds in the streets were arrested? What a Farce. It was only a matter of time. Seattle always has to do what LA does. So unoriginal.

I have to keep it a thow-wow because in Seattle, the mayor, the city council, and a healthy chunk of the population are far to the left in all aspects of life, so law and order are of no interest to them. And, they are backed up by a state legislature and governor who are as far left, if not more so, than they are. So the political leadership in the city and state are cool with all this shit.

It is all confusing. Defend the country you live in, or go live in the country you defend. Burning the flag of a country that represents the right of a person to do such makes me scratch my head. They are essentially protesting against their right to protest, and they wave the flag of Mexico, which is a place they do not want to return to. Nothing says tell me you’re an invader without telling me you’re an invader like a guy yelling "Viva Mexico." This isn't Mexico; you don't like the US, leave. Let federal agent do their job, and everything will be fine. Illegals need to go back, and if they were smart, they would self-deport for a chance to re-enter legally. If not, they are asking for the consequences.

Portland has proven to be no different. The Portland Police Bureau declared a protest outside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility a riot after people masked and dressed in all black attempted to force their way into the facility, eventually breaking through a glass door.

Protesting a president for doing what he was elected to do is not protesting a king. It is protesting the election, protesting democracy. Did you guys vote for Kamala and Walz at the DNC, or was she appointed like a king? It may look like a lot of people, but tens of millions of people aren't there and are sick of the vandalism, and these lazy, brainwashed, non-productive idiots. One doesn’t bring bricks, pieces of concrete, commercial fireworks, shields, and helmets to protest.

This is such ignorance on display, and I am truly unimpressed with these paid protesters. Remove the images from NYC, where two privileged anti-ICE protesters blocked traffic and laughed in the face of a mother imploring them to move so she could get to work. The footage, taken by Savanah Hernandez, a Turning Point USA reporter, showed the confrontation between the young mother and the two activists during rush hour. The young woman got out of her vehicle to confront the duo in the street and passionately asked them to move, expressing her need to get to work.

If those “activist” had to work for their money, they would not have time to create chaos. What happens if medical professionals - doctors and nurses can’t make their rotations? They are preventing emergency services from doing their job. We have the right to protest, but not the right to infringe upon the rights and well-being of others. The female of the two said that what she was doing was “peace.” No, this was not an act of peace. Just because you're not touching people doesn't mean it's peaceful. Once they start disrupting traffic and preventing people from going to their destination, for example, work, then it stops being peaceful and turns unlawful.

One side can act as they please with no consequences. The other side has to work, pay taxes, and obey the thousands of state, local, and federal laws. This is a classic example of socialist/liberal behavior. They do act and think like this, especially in the coastal cities. Blocking the road is not peaceful. People need to get to work or the store, or pick up their meds. The woman repeatedly asked to be let through, but they refused, entrenching themselves proudly in their dismissive comportment (Video via Sav Says).

Blocking other people’s freedom of movement is not peaceful. Whether ICE is in there or not, yet they call Trump 'delusional'? Precious, just precious. It came off as somewhat racist, a white guy mocking a black woman, where does he get his money from? I take it he assumed a black woman was not going to work. If this is acceptable behavior, then the US is in a serious mental health decline.

They are still causing an uproar at the ICE detention center in New Jersey. Pro-illegal alien radicals blocked vehicles and caused mayhem at Delaney Hall in New Jersey on Thursday evening (Video via FNTV - Freedom News TV).

It’s so frustrating watching videos where these pro-illegal alien factions are openly breaking the law but not being arrested. I have seen folks spit on ICE agents, and nothing happens to them. No wonder they are so confident in attacking them. To make things worse, local NJ police won’t come in and help because Democrats have signaled that they will encourage violent lawlessness. I cannot fathom who would want these people with this ideology ruling over them.

These are criminals; most people don’t have this behavior. But some on the left fail to acknowledge this. When Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey warned that violent rioters could end up 'graveyard dead,' Chuck Todd said via social media, “In America, taxpayer-funded officials don’t threaten citizens with death for expressing their right to assembly.”

The sheriff’s exact quote was:

"Throw a brick, firebomb or point a gun at one of our deputies, we will be notifying your family where to collect your remains at,…Because we will kill you graveyard dead. We’re not going to play."

For some reason, Chuck still doesn’t know what the word violent means. If you act like an idiot, you will be treated like an idiot. Throwing bricks, pointing guns at LE, etc., is not "expressing their right to assembly." If they peaceably assemble, as is their right, none of this will happen. Do Chuck and his associates expect people to believe that cars being set on fire, businesses being damaged and looted, rioters throwing everything from rocks to Molotov cocktails at police is NOT violent? It is obvious that the rioters have zero worry about any consequences. In Seattle and other Democrat controlled cities, they riot with impunity. Not good. Plus, I find it ironic that antifa tactics are similar to the ones fascists/nazis used in the mid to late 1920s. The democrats also built and held American Japanese Citizens in armed and barbed-wired containment sites.

I have come to the reality that these addlepates live in the past and are delusional. The Democrats are just a giant clown show. Why don’t Democrats stand up for Americans for once?

Why do senators and politicians like Senator Padilla only get passionate and care about non-citizens? He couldn’t care less about a legal California resident. I’m surprised the dude didn’t start screaming, "I CAN'T BREATHE." He should not be a senator, showing kids that this is how senators should act. What a disgrace to the American people, and we pay taxes to keep them in office, what a shame, I want all my taxes back for the past 4 years.

We all know these are inorganic protests. If we follow the cash flow, bet we would see it lead to NGOs, like Actblue, the ACLU Foundation, Black Voters Matter Fund, and Color of Change. All those who are likely funded by Open Society and Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors.

What a bunch of clowns. Incompetent, hypocritical, lying, corrupt clowns. All of them should be charged with treason. I am not surprised that these folks are fighting to keep their gardener and nannies underpaid. The same party that fought a war to keep some folks picking cotton for them, now saying they need these people to pick their strawberries and wipe their azzes. These people are so out of touch that they don't realize that the overwhelming majority of the people in this country don't have gardeners, nannies, drivers, etc. We work a minimum of 40 hours a week, and that's still not enough to live comfortably, let alone hire help. We do everything they mention ourselves.
